AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Item is:
-Unworn
-Unwashed
-Unaltered
-No makeup stains
-No deodorant stains
-No animal hair
-No smells of smoke
-Not final sale
-Within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY:
Items can be returned for an online store credit only. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account. All Items must be returned within 14 days after your order was delivered/received. If shipping back, it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Items must have original tags (if tags are not present it will need original packaging) be unwashed and unworn.

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE ITEM:

Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange! This includes Doorbuster items, Grab Bags, Accessories, or anything posted as ON SALE! Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Items that are returned to us after 14 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. Your item will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM:

If your item is damaged we need to hear from you by email (sweetstitchesjill@aol.com) within 48 hours of receiving your product with the subject line DAMAGED. Damaged items will be assessed by our team and a credit will be given to one of your accounts (credit card/store account credit) at our discretion.
